Ubicloud's GitHub Actions marketing page shows lower headline figures ($0.0010/min standard, $0.0016/min premium) than its pricing documentation; we use the documentation table, which is the more detailed of the two.

WORKED EXAMPLE: 25,000 Linux x64 minutes a month on 2 vCPU
List prices only. The GitHub figure is before any minutes your GitHub plan includes.
Among the fully managed runner providers on this site, Ubicloud is the cheapest per minute for Linux x64 and arm64, at roughly a fifth to a third of GitHub's rate depending on runner tier.
It covers Linux only. Teams with macOS or Windows jobs need a second provider or GitHub-hosted runners for those.
Billing details that change the bill
Premium runners are on by default for new accounts. Turn them off in account settings if you want the lower standard rate.[1]
When premium capacity is full, jobs fall back to standard runners and are billed at the rate of the runner they ran on.[1]
Runners run in data centres in Germany, which matters for latency to US-hosted services and for data-residency reviews.[1]
